Besa Luzha obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Piano from the Faculty of Arts at the University of Prishtina, under the tutelage of Prof. Lejla Pula, and also completed a degree in Economics and Finance at the same university. In 2005, she finished her postgraduate studies in Music Education at the University of Prishtina, and in 2015, she obtained her doctoral degree from the Institute of Education at the University of London.
She currently holds the position of Associate Professor in music teaching and research methodology at UP, and is the head of a group of experts responsible for developing curricula in artistic education. Apart from her academic work, she is also an accomplished event organizer in the field of classical music.
