Pianist, Assoc. Prof. Tutu Aydınoglu has been teaching at İstanbul University State Conservatory.

Tutu Aydınoğlu who was born in 1984 in Baku of Azerbaijan, started her piano training in 1990, at the age of six in a private music school and in the class of R. Ataveya and completed this period with a certificate of outstanding success in 2002. After her graduation, she continued her undergraduate education in Prof. O. Abaskulivey’s Class in Baku Academy of Music and graduated with an excellent degree. She continued her master’s degree with same instructor, O. Abaskulivey. She completed her master’s programme in 2008 with the thesis called ‘’ Interpretivsm problems related to the Piano transcription written for R. Wagner and E. Lizst’s Tannhauser Opera Overture. ‘’, under the guidance of Prof. Sevda İbrahimova . Tutu Aydınoğlu who also gave a public graduation exam concert and graduated with an outstanding degree, moved to Istanbul in the same year. She began to work as a prelector in the State Conservatory of Istanbul University and she is still continuing to do so. In the year 2011, she was deemed successful in the proficiency of art exam and continued her piano studies with Prof. Meral Yapalı. In year 2015, she completed her proficiency of art education successfully with her graduation programme and her thesis called ‘’ The comparison of J.S Bach’s original works of art with works of romantic era’s composers.’’

            The pianist who attented a masterclass with Francoise Chaplin in 1999, took park in M. Rostopovich’s masterclass as an accompanist in 2002. After she came to Istanbul, she regularly attended Andrei Diev’s masterclasses in 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 thus she won the master musician’s approval and  admiration by honing her own work.

She managed to be a finalist in competitions such as Azerbaijan’s national piano contest in 1999, the national piano contest of 2006 which was organized for the name of Kovgeb Safaraliyeva, piano contest ‘’S. Rachmaninov’’ organized in Turkey in 2012 and lastly, Ahmed Adnan Saygun piano contest which was also organized in Turkey in 2013. Aditionally, she attended symposiums which was organized in Baku Music Academy with the contributions of Azerbaijan Ministry of Culture and Education in different years as a lecturer and she gave lectures about ‘’ Ravel’s Commentory Differences in the Piano Concerto for the left hand’’ and ‘’ Aestethic Function of Music’’.

The pianist, who has both an active concert life and academic life, gave numerous chamber music concerts and recitals in many esteemed concert halls of Azerbaijan and Turkey. She performed in season opening concert of Caddebostan Cultural Center in 2013. Her Project both as a pianist and an art director ‘’ Ottoman traces in Western Music’’ which connects historic and cultural ties got lots of positive credits and created favourable reactions, took place in Cemal Reşit Rey Concert Hall. She also performed Ravel’s Piano Concerto for the left hand with Azerbaijan Symphony Orchestra and Yalçın Adıgözalov as the Maestro in March 2017, in Baku. She still continues to give concerts with her chamber music group and as a solo pianist.

She performed her Project called ‘’ One state two nations ‘’ in Cemal Reşit Rey Concert Hall in December 2018. She worked as project coordinator and simultaneously, she also rendered F. Amirov’s Piano Concherto with CRR Symphony Orchestra.

In 2019, 19th or March, she performed as a solist pianist in an oratorio written for a poem of Fuzuli named ‘’ Water Cassidy ‘’ with Rengim Gökmen as the maestro.

She perfomed Respighi ‘Concerto in modo misolidio’(premiere in Turkey) in 22 december 2019.
